Hi all! I hope everyone has had a great week! I got through a major tax-filing deadline this past week more gracefully than I expected. During busy "deadline weeks" like the last one that just passed- I usually find myself wearing my yoga leggings with EVERYTHING (unless I have business meetings~ then I have to be professional obviously :)).... I highly recommend (even if they are not yoga leggings) to invest on some great quality leggings you can feel comfy in.
Today I am sharing one of my favorite ways to accessorize some basic yoga leggings; a very chic, classic and EASY way to look put-together while doing those Saturday morning errands in the city!
Leggings: TJMaxx Kyodan Leggings
Shoes: Sam Edelman, Amazon (but they are almost sold out, try Zappos or Nordstrom's)
White Tee: H&M
Faux Leather Jacket: H&M
Tassel Clutch: H&M 2013, Similar here
Shades: Ray Ban
Photog: Delgado Photos
Where I always buy my yoga leggings (which I actually use for Bikram Yoga and the Gym, and normal wear) is from TJMaxx. They have tons to choose from. I love, love, love their selection of gym/yoga leggings- my favorite in particular are Kyodan brand, they are extremely wick-free even during hot 104 degrees yoga!
Shoes (this is how they feel on your feet)
I LOVE Sam Edelman, every year I add at least one Sam Edelman shoe to my collection. After a rough loss with shoe the line Sam and Libby, Sam Edelman has really made a come back! He has not let us shoe-lovers down! Here is a short little article on Sam Edelman and how he is on the up and up! He really blew me away with these suede furry babies- I can honestly say I am not a big sneaker gal, but this shoe makes me never want to wear heels AGAIN! Highly recommend..!
Faux (or real) Leather Jacket/ White-tee
It adds a perfect touch to a white-tee and pants look. You can feel more put together wearing a great fitting leather jacket that compliments your silhouette. Just like many men, women should have a handful of white-tees they can throw on and accessorize! Now that its getting chilly, perhaps long sleeve tees, or you can substitute the white tee for a sweater or black turtle-neck. Your tees don't have to be pima cotton, or fancy white-tees (although pima is always nice) if you are using them for layering. H&M always has good low-cost basics!
